Shipping the Stoke & Our Mug Movement Policy

Deliver good vibes straight to your doorstep. Whether you’re fueling your morning grind or sipping something chill by the fire, we make sure your mug gets to you safely and speedily.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

🕒 Processing Times

Sick Mugs are made to order, one-of-a-kind, and packed with care. That means processing can take a little longer — thanks for your patience!

Here’s how it works:

  • Orders ship within 3–5 business days
  • You’ll get a tracking number once your mug hits the road

Delivery Times (Estimates)

  • USA: 7–14 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on how far the vibes have to travel)

Note: Delivery times can vary due to holidays, carrier delays, or a delivery driver vibin’ a little too hard.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages?

Dang. If your package goes missing, arrives damaged, or seems to be on a never-ending road trip:

  1. Check your tracking info
  2. Then email us and we’ll make it right

Final Notes

  • We don’t currently offer local pickup but who knows what the future holds?
  • Double-check your address before ordering. If it's wrong, your mug might end up somewhere weird (and sad).
